Welcome to Wyndham Tamansari Jivva Resort Bali

Who would have thought that I will be waking up to East Bali’s natural beauty?

Well, yes I’d love to spending the morning till I say stop for a while to the crystal-clear blue waters and black sand of the Bali Sea.

On June 22, 2018, I booked two (2) rooms at this property with a Resort Room Garden view for July 13, 2018.

My Wyndham Rewards Gold Membership has earned me enough points to stay for free using 15,000 and 3,000 Wyndham Rewards points plus additional cash of 3,000 pesos tax included.

18,000 Wyndham Rewards points were enough to book for two award hotel rooms.

Immediately, after booking, I sent an email to the hotel’s manager to personally ask for room upgrades.

General Manager Agus Sunanda replied positively on my request to give a free upgrade into Deluxe Room (twin bed) sea breeze.

I have written a blog on HOW TO ASK FOR HOTEL UPGRADES FOR FREE (pending upload! please give me time!).

On our second day in Bali, we finally checked in to our preferred room which was Twin Deluxe room. Sea Breeze at 6 p.m.

The staffs welcomed us, as they were expecting guests whose aim are to relax and enjoy in their beautifully acquainted property. None other than the front desk and her colleagues handed us a welcome drink that was very refreshing and soothing to calm down the feeling of tiredness and exhaustion.

As I stepped into our beautifully polished and appointed room we were greeted by ocean waves that sounded cool. I wish to live nearby the ocean when I retire.

What I personally loved about this property are the amenities in the room which included free high-speed internet access, air conditioning, high-definition television (HDTV), in-room safe, a mini-fridge, a sofa bed, and a non-smoking room.

I reiterate little details and simple gestures are more remarkable more than anything else. They did not forget to hand us a welcome letter and refreshing fruits right on our hotel rooms.

The night warmed me up after a Nusa Penida island tour and I have enjoyed a warm soak in the large luxury bathtub.

I stepped out to the balcony that same evening and heard the waves which prompted us to go by the beach seeing a billion stars above us. What a great way to end the night after an island exploration.

The room was big, a modern-day design was flashed in my memory, and every corner was magnificent.

Until now, I am starstruck while writing this review.

Comfortable beds and dimmed lights ended my night here. What better way to rest is to feel the calmness and beauty of everything.

THE NEXT MORNING started on in an expansive balcony and relished aura of calmness, peace, and love.

The Balinese cuisine invited us to experience it all. Well, food is a major activity to bump in, right?

The group walked into the restaurant and we grabbed a plate to choose a unique but sumptuous Balinese delicacy that the restaurant offered.

I communicated to the front desk that we will be availing the buffet breakfast.

Then, we had a food coma. We ate our heart out that was basically our motive at the start.

After that, we strolled around the property. Other hotel amenities that feature the pool that faces the Indian ocean, room service, thanks to Juli of housekeeping and the rest of the team who helped and kept an eye on our stay.

This five (5) star hotel defines the side of East Bali, no wonder we checked out late and enjoyed the stunning resort room and the sparkling fine black sand.

I would rate this as 9 out of 10.

That was the journey inspired by the EAT, PRAY, and LOVE expedition.

I appointed it as my secluded sanctuary who opted to stay true the way it is.

The hotel is a brand that truly outstands every luxury hotels and resorts in the world.

That was why I came to my home — Bali.
